GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Tatis® series is the most complete and flexible laminating machine based on Hot-Melt technology by Traversi & Armenti.

It includes two adhesive melters, one drum type and the other continuous cycle.

Therefore it is suitable for lamination processes both with reactive Hot-Melt (PUR) and with thermoplastic Hot-Melt adhesives.

Equipped with a slot die applicator, it is available with different working width from 1600mm to 2600mm, with fully adjustable working width controlled by touch screen.

This applicator permits a great precision of application and the selection upon the different coating patterns.

BASIC SISTEMS

Minimum configuration includes:

• Laminating head

• Alignment system

• Slot die applicator

• Drum melter

• Cleaning unit

• Continuous cycle melter

• Head operator panel

• Melters operator panel

• Control cabinet

Line is completed with inlet unwinder and outlet winder.
