GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Modesta® series machines, available in two versions (L and S), is a laminating/bonding machine utilising a continuous cycle melter.

Therefore it is suitable for lamination processes with thermoplastic Hot-Melt adhesives.

L version is equipped with a slot die applicator, available with different working width from 1600mm to 2600mm, fully adjustable.

This applicator permits a great precision of application and selection upon the different coating patterns.

S version is equipped with a spray applicator, available with different working width from 1600mm to 2600mm, with fully customizable working width controlled by touch screen.

This type of applicator is recommended for those applications in which a sharp precision in application is not required and allows only two coating patterns: the full coating and intermittent.

BASIC SISTEMS

Minimum configuration includes:

• Laminating head

• Alignment system

• Slot die (Modesta® L) or spray (Modesta® S) applicator

• Continuous cycle melter

• Head operator panel

• Melter operator panel

• Control cabinet

Line is completed with inlet unwinder and outlet winder.
