TA TECHNOLOGY
The TA Technology project stems from Traversi Armenti workshop and in particular from designing and producing a new range of flame and hot-melt machines for the lamination and treatment of fabrics and non textile materials, with higher performance levels, improved reliability and ease of use as well as a lesser impact on the environment. TA Technology was to become the trade mark under which Traversi & Armenti would sell all their machines and which designates the part of the company that deals with machinery design and production. Innovation, reliability and attention to environmental issues: this is the way TA Technology intends to pursue.

TRAVERSI & ARMENTI GROUP
Traversi & Armenti mechanical workshop was established in Italy in 1965 as a reference point for the small and medium size textile companies based in the Prato area; the original activities included repair and maintenance services as well as customisation and sales of used machinery. At the beginning of the 1980s the experience gained in the sector lead the company to take to the big step from maintenance workshop to manufacturers and designers of a very specialized product: textile laminating machines. This proved a major step, based on the company’s consolidated knowledge of components and machining operations that these machines are expected to perform.At the same time, on a technical level, a product development programme was introduced, leading to the creation of a new series of flame machines, with higher performance levels, improved reliability and ease of use as well as a lesser impact on the environment. At the onset of the 3rd millennium new premises were built, occupying a total 2,000 m2, with half the space covered as workshop and offices. 2005 witnessed a new development programme that lead to the introduction of the hot melt technology, with a new range of machines for the lamination and treatment of fabrics and non textile materials; paving the way to new and wider market opportunities, with the new TA TECHNOLOGY brand.
