GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Aequalis® series machines, available in two versions (L and S), is a laminating/bonding machine utilising a drum type melter.

Therefore it is suitable for lamination processes with reactive Hot-Melt (PUR) adhesives.

Equipped with a slot die applicator, it is available with different working width from 1600mm to 2600mm, with fully adjustable working width controlled by touch screen.

This applicator permits a great precision of application and selection upon the different coating patterns.

BASIC SISTEMS

Minimum configuration includes:

• Laminating head

• Alignment system

• Slot die applicator

• Drum melter

• Cleaning unit

• Head operator panel

• Melter operator panel

• Control cabinet

Line is completed with inlet unwinder and outlet winder.
